The effect of alliin (6.25–400 mg/L) on the proliferation of HUVECs for 12 h, 24 h, and 48 h was determined using the CCK8 method. The results were shown as means ± S.D. (x ± S, n = 3).Significant differences with ox-LDL-injured HUVECs were denoted as *P < 0.05 or **P < 0.01.
