  1. Following 4 h overexpression of Ser72Ala BBP59, phosphopeptides from uninduced (-Tet) (light SILAC medium) or induced (+ Tet) (heavy SILAC medium) cell lysates were enriched on an Fe-NTA column and identified by LC-FAIMS-MS/MS (see Materials and Methods). Relative phosphopeptide abundance was determined using the + Tet:-Tet SILAC ratio for each peptide. Proteins essential for cytokinesis with phosphopeptides with altered abundance (at least twofold) following Ser72Ala expression in at least two biological replicates are presented.
