M464 restrains the formation of ASC oligomerization and the production of intracellular ROS. M464 also hampers the expression of NLRP3 inflammasome activation marker proteins in THP-1 cells. (A–D) Green fluorescence images of ROS generation were taken by fluorescence microscopy. The fluorescence intensity of ROS production in different cell groups was measured using a microplate reader.
