(b) After fully dissecting the bladder from the anterior vaginal wall, the mesh is laid flat on the anterior vaginal wall, folded back to the posterior vaginal wall after covering the vaginal stump. (c) The bilateral sides of the mesh are pulled through the extraperitoneal pathway of the lateral abdominal wall to the subcutaneous tissue 3 cm superior and 4 cm lateral to the anterior superior iliac spine, and sutured and embedded in the peritoneum with absorbable sutures.
