Multi-operator blind tests were conducted to assess the reproducibility and robustness of the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay, designed for the specific detection of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. vasculorum (Xav). Ten representative samples from inclusivity and exclusivity panels were used in each blind test.
