ROC curve analysis PSMD shows the highest diagnostic accuracy, with an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.743 (p = 0.002), indicating statistically significant discriminatory power. In contrast, conventional DTI metrics demonstrated lower and non-significant AUC values: FA (AUC = 0.560, p = 0.522), MD (AUC = 0.640, p = 0.129), AD (AUC = 0.608, p = 0.262), and RD (AUC = 0.623, p = 0.186).
