Group-wise comparison between brain and salivary gland amyloid uptake. (A) The Standardized Uptake Value Ratio of the Brain (SUVRB) significantly differed among groups (p < 0.001), with the highest values observed in the Aβ+MCI and Aβ+D groups, indicating increased cerebral amyloid deposition in individuals with cognitive impairment. (B) The Standardized Uptake Value Ratio of the Salivary Glands (SUVRSG) also showed significant group differences (p = 0.0049), with the highest uptake in the AβCN group. Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation, and statistical significance was determined using one-way ANOVA.
