This patient was treated with traditional open reduction fusion fixation. Preoperative CT showed compression fracture of the 12th thoracic vertebra with rupture of the upper endplate (A, B); The CT reexamination one day after the operation showed good reduction (C, D); The 6-month follow-up showed continuous callus formation (E, F); The 12-month follow-up showed that the fracture had healed (G, H).
