Adult (45 to 75 years old) | Previous treatment for any cancer, such as neo-adjuvant chemotherapy |
Stage I or II localized colorectal cancer survivors who underwent surgery but did not receive adjuvant therapy within 12 months after diagnosis | A previous history of clinically diagnosed brain injury or neurological/psychiatric disorders such as traumatic brain injury, dementia, multiple sclerosis, major depressive disorder, and other degenerative diseases |
No prior malignancy or comorbidities that might impact cognitive performance | Pregnancy, claustrophobia, alcoholism, or substance abuse |
Ability to understand and provide informed consent | Any condition precluding the use of MRI |
