Adult (45 to 75 years old)

Previous treatment for any cancer, such as neo-adjuvant chemotherapy

Stage I or II localized colorectal cancer survivors who underwent surgery but did not receive adjuvant therapy within 12 months after diagnosis

A previous history of clinically diagnosed brain injury or neurological/psychiatric disorders such as traumatic brain injury, dementia, multiple sclerosis, major depressive disorder, and other degenerative diseases

No prior malignancy or comorbidities that might impact cognitive performance

Pregnancy, claustrophobia, alcoholism, or substance abuse

Ability to understand and provide informed consent

Any condition precluding the use of MRI
