The scores were obtained through a hybrid approach: PRESENT and SPECK metrics were adapted from47, ChaCha20 values from48, and proposed method values from our experimental evaluation on a Python 3.7 environment (Intel Core i5-8250U, 8GB RAM). All criteria were normalized to a five-point rating scale for consistency.
