The affected male is diagnosed with testicular seminoma, retinoblastoma, prostate cancer, lung cancer, and bladder cancer, and affected female patient is diagnosed with breast cancer, ovarian cancer, retinoblastoma, colon cancer, endometrial cancer, thyroid cancer, adenocarcinoma of the uterus, and Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
