Representative Raman spectrum acquired on the normal pulp chamber dentin, bleached with and without SA application. A slight increase in the aliphatic C=C peak at 1640 cm⁻¹ can be observed in bleaching group (green) compared with a normal pulp chamber dentin (blue). While the aromatic C=C peak at 1610 cm⁻¹ is similar in each group. A decrease in the aliphatic C=C peak at 1640 cm⁻¹ can be clearly observed after SA application (red). SA sulfinate agent.
