Sample #93 (a) with 200 \(\upmu\)m ellipsoids, order = 2, printed at position 55 mm in the gauge volume. Due to mergers (the center-to-center distance is 400 \(\upmu\)m), the volume calculation is over five ellipsoids for an average volume of 10.6 ± 2.0 nL versus an as-designed volume of 8.4 nL. Sample #99 (b) with 600 \(\upmu\)m and order = 2 with 53 ellipsoids in the lathed tail. The measured volume over 53 ellipsoids is 276.9 ± 8.8 nL versus an as-designed volume of 226.2 nL. CT imaging parameters are 0.04 s acquisition time with 6.28 \(\upmu\)m voxel resolution for #93 and 0.06 s with 9 \(\upmu\)m for #99.
