  1. According to the ICD-10 criteria, CVD mortality was defined as I00-I09, I11, I13, and I20-I51, and cancer mortality was defined as C00-C97. Model 1 was adjusted for age, race, and gender. Model 2 was additionally adjusted for marital status, BMI, PIR group, educational level, smoking status, PA total time, and alcohol intake.
