Significant differences in the level of naive CD4 + T cells, were observed in the IRGPI-low group. Conversely, higher levels of Treg cells and neutrophils were present in the IRGPI-high group than in the IRGPI-low group, indicating an immunosuppressive TME. The lower panel of Fig. 4A showed the representative immunohistochemical (IHC) results for CD4, CD68, and Foxp3. (B) Complex heatmap of clinical characteristics between different IRGPI groups.
