Bacterial taxa uniquely shared between lesion sites were identified at the genus (A) and species level (B), and the correlations of their clr-transformed relative abundance at the two sites were assessed using Spearman’s correlation analysis. Only taxa with statistically significant correlations (rho > 5, q < 0.05) are presented.
