From: CALCR interaction with ANTXR1 drives gastric tumor growth and metastasis via AKT signaling pathway

Co-immunoprecipitation assay and Gene rescue assays showed close relationship between ANTXR1 and CALCR. (A) The results of qRT-PCR showed different mRNA expression of CALCR among MGC-803, MKN-45, HGC-27 cell lines. (B) Relative mRNA level of CALCR was detected by qRT-PCR in MGC-803 cell line after CALCR expression was interfered by different RNAi. (C) Cells infected by lentivirus were observed under bright-field microscope and fluorescent microscope. (D) Relative mRNA level of ANTXR1 and CALCR in different experimental groups after lentivirus infection. (E) The expression of protein level of ANTXR1 and CALCR in different experimental groups after lentivirus infection. (F) Whole-cell imaging and analysis was performed using Celigo in 4 different groups. (G) Cell sorting and profiling in 4 different groups were performed using fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS). The apoptosis rate in 4 different groups was reviewed. (H) Colony formation was observed and cell colony number was calculated in 4 different groups. (I) Photographs of wound-healing assay probing collective cell migration in two dimensions in 4 different groups were taken at 48 h, and migration rate was then calculated. (J) Photographs of transwell assay performed in 4 different groups was taken under microscope, and migration rate was then calculated. Experiments were repeated at least three times. Asterisks (*) indicate a significant difference compared with control groups (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001).
