Subcellular localization of CK1a in WiDr cells expressing FAM83H-truncated proteins. WiDr cells were transfected with plasmids encoding C-terminal FLAG-tagged FAM83H-truncated proteins of the indicated amino acid lengths, and analyzed by immunofluorescence using antibodies against FLAG (green) and CK1α (red).
