Ultrasonography and DOSI images of a 58-year-old woman with a palpable lump in the left breast at 2 o’clock, 5 cm from the nipple. The 37 mm irregular hypoechoic, nonparallel lesion was categorized as BI-RADS 5. Biopsy confirmed the lesion as invasive ductal carcinoma.
