Simple slope test for moderation model. Moderation model was used to validate the moderating effect of agitation on the IRS/CIRS ratio and left lOFC volume. The results showed that agitation was a significant moderator of the relationship between IRS/CIRS ratio and left lOFC volume (F = 4.744, P = 0.033).
