  1. aā€œSecondary occupationā€ refers to an employee who engages in independent or self-employed activities outside of regular working hours, in addition to their main occupation as an employee (in paid employment). ā€œFlexi-jobā€ is a flexible form of part-time employment introduced by the Belgian government, where employees can take on an additional job next to their main job under favourable conditions, i.e., reduced or omitted tax payments for both employee and employer.
  2. For each activity, respondents have to indicate to what extent they feel they have sufficient time for it. Items are measured using a 5-point Likert scale with the following response options: ā€œmuch less than sufficient timeā€ (1), ā€œless than sufficient timeā€, ā€œapproximately sufficient timeā€, ā€œmore than sufficient timeā€ and ā€œmuch more than sufficient timeā€ (5). Respondents are asked to indicate the neutral response option ā€œapproximately sufficient timeā€ in case the activity does not apply to them.
