Expression of KIF-protein family members after treatment with 10 nM filanesib in HB-279 (A) and HB-284 (B) cells. Unsupervised principal component analysis of the expression of all genes (C) and of a subset of mitotic spindle related genes (D) shows the relation between filanesib-treated and DMSO-treated HB-279 and HB-284 models. Gene set enrichment analysis comparing the mRNA expression profiles of filanesib-treated cells (HB-279 and HB-284 combined) compared to untreated cells was done.
