  1. Reproducibility analysis using the ANOVA p-value for the standalone (n = 10 MPS) and coupled vLAMPS-PANIS (n = 12 MPS) functional metrics collected on day 8. Reproducibility status ranged from Excellent (p-value ≥ 0.1) to Poor (p-value < 0.01). All metrics with a p-value > 0.01 were considered as relevant in the multivariate correlation analysis. A p-value ≥ 0.05 demonstrated a more robust reproducibility across the studies. The status bar shows the classification of reproducibility based on p-values53,54,55. Blank fields were not detectable and/or quantified in the corresponding MPS-platform and/or condition.
