Female C57BL/6J mice were treated with corticosterone (CORT) (100 μg/mL, or vehicle (Ctrl) in drinking water, p.o.) with or without αACBP (5 mg/kg body weight, i.p.) semiweekly for 5 weeks. Abundance of plasma hormones was assessed by Luminex multiplex assay (n=10,10,9,10/group). The heatmap displays z-scores of the indicated metabolic hormones in the indicated treatment groups. Statistical comparisons were performed by pairwise (two tailed) Wilcoxon test with FDR correction for multiple comparisons. (P-values are indicated).
