Each box within the representation signifies a mutated gene in an individual patient, and it is divided into two sections by a line. The left part corresponds to outcomes derived from the metastatic tissue, while the right part corresponds to plasma at the time of relapse. Similarly, each box corresponding to a collection moment is further divided into two components, with the left indicating point mutations, and the right representing CNVs. The Y-axis is arranged based on the number of point mutations for each gene across all patients.
