Community composition was correlated to each environmental factor or biodiversity index by Mantel tests (f). “Bact”, “Inver” and “Protz” present the bacteria, invertebrates, and protozoa, respectively. TN total nitrogen, TOC total organic carbon, TP total phosphorus, Chla chlorophyll-a, MAP mean annual daily precipitation in the watershed, MAT mean annual temperature in the watershed.
