All three types of sensors showed cross-reactivity to their corresponding opioid drug, but high specificity to other types of opioid drugs and their metabolites. All relative responses were calculated by averaging multiple FET sensors tested in the experiment. The numbers of each type of sensor tested were listed in Table S1. The error bars correspond to the standard errors of the averaged relative responses.
