The measurement of cell viability was done using MTT assay. The graphs show cytotoxic effect of MUSC 136T extract against (a) HCT-116, (b) Ca Ski, (c) A549, (d) HT-29. All data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (n = 4) and analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). A difference was considered statistically significant when p ≤ 0.05. (e) Morphological studies show that after treatment with the extract, cells shrunk to smaller rounder cells and detached from the surface.
