Expression confirmation of eleven flowering-related genes using real time Q-PCR.
The relative expression of target genes relative to a control gene (LcActin) in real time Q-PCR was shown as yellow column with standard error and their corresponding fold changes (relative to the value of T1_0d) of FPKM value from RNA-seq were shown as blue lines. The Spearman correlation coefficient (r) between the gene expression values derived from the two methods and associated p value (n = 21) were shown accordingly.
