Artificial Intelligence (AI) and autonomous experimentation (AE) represent a promising new paradigm of  research and development. The synergy of AI and automation is accelerating the discovery, design, and optimization of materials and devices,  paving the way for new applications and improved functionalities across various fields. This collection, “AI/AE Enabled Advances in Soft Materials and Electronics”, aims to highlight cutting-edge research that exemplifies the AI and AE in advancing flexible materials and electronic technologies. We invite contributions focusing on the development of AI tools, automated and autonomous experimentation platform, novel methodologies and workflows, as well as visionary perspectives and comprehensive reviews. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

1. AI-driven material discovery, including organic molecules, polymers, flexible thin film materials, and related system.
2. Autonomous experimentation for materials synthesis and characterization
3. AI-assisted design, fabrication, and testing of flexible and stretchable electronic devices
4. Predictive modeling of materials properties and functionalities using AI-assisted approaches
5. Computational tools for soft materials and flexible devices
6. AI-assisted innovations in additive manufacturing of flexible and functional materials.

We encourage submissions showcasing experimental, theoretical, and computational advancements that push the boundaries of this rapidly evolving field
