In recent years, the field of oncology has witnessed remarkable advancements in the management of solid tumors, particularly through the development of emerging adjuvant and neo-adjuvant treatment approaches. Through this collection, we seek to foster collaboration and dialogue within the oncology community, ultimately aiming to enhance patient outcomes and pave the way for more personalized and effective treatment approaches.
Contributions will explore a diverse range of topics, including novel therapeutic agents, combination strategies, biomarker identification, cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying response and resistance to treatment, disease-response assessment, and patient-centered approaches. This Collection invites researchers and clinicians to share their findings on the efficacy of emerging adjuvant and neo-adjuvant treatment approaches and to discuss the implications of these developments for clinical practice. This Collection aims to illuminate the latest strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes, reducing recurrence rates, and enhancing survival through innovative therapeutic modalities.
