Feng et al. develop a machine-learning model to identify a tRNA signature to enable the non-invasive early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). A six-tRNA signature is identified and validated in plasma exosome samples, with survival analysis revealing prognostic value for three tRNAs.
