Although methods to enantioselectively assemble consecutive carbon stereocenters are abundant, establishing enriched continuous heteroatomic stereocenters remains a challenge. Here the authors report a protocol to synthesize continuous heteroatomic stereocenters from cyclic amine boranes and diazo compounds via asymmetric B-H insertion reaction.
