mFusion: a multiscale fusion method bridging neuroimages to genes through neurotransmissions in mental health disorders

We introduced mFusion, a method that integrates gene and neuroimaging data to identify disease-related genes in mental disorders. By analyzing gene interactions and PET data, mFusion successfully clusters disorders and highlight critical gene pathways.
