Abstract

MEASUREMENTS have been made of the complex permittivity (χ'—jχ") of a series of mixed barium and strontium titanates at 9,450 Mc.—s. and 20° C. by a technique, already described1,2, which employs a wave-guide containing a multilayer dielectric slab.
