Abstract
MR. WOODWARD'S book is an attempt to compress a area held of metallurgy in a small compass, and consequently a detailed treatment cannot be expected. The book consists of 176 pages and deals with the manufacture, treatment and properties of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
