Abstract
To provide massive quantities of suitable food for adult blowflies, liver was frozen and then ground on an ordinary machine-shop grinding wheel. Microscopic examination of the product showed that cellular disintegration was far greater than that obtained by any other method known to me. The method has such advantages over those commonly used that it seems desirable to bring it to the notice of others.
