Abstract

THIS communication is an abstract of a longer paper which will be published in the Archiv der Julius Klaus Stiflung für Vererbungsforschung. It gives the conclusions I have reached by applying statistical techniques to the problem of the evolution of the chromosomal formulæ of eutherian mammals.
