From: Response of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Cells to Epstein-Barr Virus Infection In Vitro
RT-PCR analysis of IL-6 expression in NPC cells treated with immunoglobulin A (IgA) anti-EBV-VCA only for 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks. The PCR reaction product of IL-6 mRNA expression in the NPC-TW 06 cell was analyzed in the gel electrophoresis. The same intensity of 495 bp band of IL-6 mRNA expression is seen in each lane. Lane 1, Untreated NPC cells; lanes 2 to 5, NPC cells treated with IgA anti-EBV-VCA and incubated from 1 to 4 weeks, respectively. The 318 bp band of β-actin mRNA is the internal control.
