MALDI-TOF MS spectra of the 34-kd molecules recognized with Raft.1 MAb. The Raft.1 antigen molecule indicated by the arrowhead inFigure 2c was in-gel digested with trypsin and subjected to MALDI-TOF MS spectrometry. The mass of peaks marked with the closed and open triangles matched Gβ1 and Gβ2, respectively. The K peaks were derived from keratin, and the peak marked * were the same to the spectrum of blank.
