Intracellular localization of Gβ1 and 2 molecules after Stx stimulation. ACHN cells grown on a collagen-coated cover slip were treated as in Figure 1 and stained with Raft.1. The Gβ1 and 2 molecules were visualized by indirect immunofluorescence with Raft.1 MAb and Alexa 488-conjugated anti-mouse μ chain and observed with a confocal microscope. Scanned from a substratum (upper panel) to an apical side (lower panel).
