MMIF protein level in NIH3T3 cells transfected with AxCA-mMIFS and AxCA-mMIFAS. mMIF protein contents in NIH3T3 cells transfected with AxCA-mMIFS (â–´) and AxCA-mMIFAS (â–ľ) were determined by ELISA. The numbers of NIH3T3 cells transfected with AxCA-mMIFS (â–´) and AxCA-mMIFAS (â–ľ) were equivalent at confluent culture conditions. Each point represents the mean value of two independent experiments.
