Comparison of the gene expressions of OPN (SPP1), MMP2, LUM, DCN, PDGFRA, CNN1, IGF2, and FGFR1. The relative ratio of differential expression in AT/RT and DAOY medulloblastoma cell was normalized to the ratio of astrocyte SVG12 cell.
