Immunoblot of AIB1 (BD) and AIB (SC) antibodies. The AIB1 (BD) antibody detected a single protein band migrating according to the appropriate molecular weight (160 kDa) of the AIB1 protein only in cells transfected with AIB1/SRC-3 and not in the untransfected cells. In addition to a band migrating at the appropriate molecular weight, the AIB1 (SC) antibody more strongly detected an additional protein.
