I knew George Klein and met him many times at his laboratory at Karolinska Institute. He was a warm, friendly person. He invited me to The Maimonides conference in Israel. He loved and supported Israel and The Jewish People. His death at 91 is a loss..the community of cancer researchers will seek inspiration and new ideas in his work and lectures.
