(B) Normal prostatic acini, densely infiltrared by lymphocytes, exhibiting nuclear and cytoplasmic TP expression by ‘epithelial’ (basal and secretory) and stromal cells. (C) Prostate carcinoma showing a strong nuclear/cytoplasmic reactivity by tumour and tumour supporting stromal cells.
