Composition of the ornithine cycle in the conditioned media from cells irradiated with various doses of X-rays. Conditioned media from cultures with 50 000 cells were analysed for ornithine cycle compounds at 96 h following irradiation with 0–8 Gy X-rays (see Figure 4). Cell numbers in donor cultures at 96 h are included. Glutamine is shown for comparison.
