(A) The proliferation ability of PANC-1 cells at 24 h post-transfection with hsa-miR-520h mimic was detected by MTT assay. The data are mean ± s.d. from three independent experiments (*P>0.05, compared with controls). (B) Cell cycle analysis of PANC-1 cells at 24 h post-transfection was analysed by flow cytometry. 2N: cells have diploid DNA content; 4N: cells have tetraploid DNA content. (C) Apoptosis of PANC-1 cells at 24 h post-transfection was monitored by flow cytometry. LR is indicative of apoptosis.
