Overexpression of hsa-miR-520h inhibits cell migration and invasion of PANC-1 cells. PANC-1 cells were transfected with hsa-miR-520h, NC, or mock-transfected, then subjected to transwell assays, as described in Materials and Methods. After 24 h, cells were stained and measured.
