Experimental current–voltage characteristics (symbols) of organic MIM diodes with an Ohmic MoO3 contact and a ZnO collecting contact. The poly[3-hexylthiophene], MEH-PPV and PFO layer thicknesses are 125, 120 and 180 nm, respectively. The solid lines are fits with Equation (19).
